Enterprise information architecture is a form of formal description about information system which supports enterprise organization. Service oriented Architecture (SOA) is architectural style for integrating various system, with lifting existing operation and business logic as software service, which implemented with web service technology. In this thesis, information architecture is created with SOA paradigm for new organization in PLN, called service point. The goal is lying down basic or blue print of information system development in it. Information architecture design use Zachman framework, with System Architect software tools. The design produce architecture artifact which invoke various service from internal and external. SOA characteristic at information architecture bring positive influence. The system integration is not in hard-coded style, but it has autonomy style, reuse capability, composable process, and abstraction support. It also support for distributed computing, and open platform communication with XML-based messaging. SOA support information system design for unpredictable business process change and technology platform in the future.
