The purpose of the research is identify relation geological structure with mangan mineralization based on mapping of the research area and report writing. Morfological condition is generally such as hilly with ridge irregular parallel and karst topography. Siratigraphical position, from the oldest to the youngest consist of M f (Member Ganeng Jampang Formation 1 mjt), Foraminifera Limestone (Kalipucang Formation - 7mkl), Sandy Limestone (Member Limestone Pamutuan Formation - Tmpl), Tufan Sandstone (Bentang Formation - Tmbs), igneous rock and alluvium. Geological structure in this area such as fold, joint and fault structure stress system was happened two period (Last Miosen) all of rock in the research area except alluvium. The mangan mineral was found that there were 2 (two) type i.e. Psilomelane (Ba(H 0)Mn.MnJO) and Pirol/usite (MnO 2), both of that mineral including hydrothermal mangan, it was found trapped by fracture or cavity filling In the other side supergene enrichment phenomena, mangan crystal was mixed with wad (Mn2O3nH2O). Mangan deposit in Karangnunggal region was found such as ( ihamerung, Nangelasari, Cidadap and Cisasah, that were process q f genesis it was control by geological structure. <br /> text |
