PT XYZ is one of the oldest and biggest developers in Indonesia. Built in April 22nd <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 1978, the company has been involved in real estate and an expert in the business of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> property. Its main area of experts varies from housing, buildings, shopping malls, and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> villas. Most of its project is located in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, which is why this <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> company is commonly called as the landlord of Kelapa Gading. Due to the massive <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> development of Kelapa Gading region with commercial places such as shopping malls, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> restaurants, sports facilities, leasing shops, and parks, PT XYZ is encouraged to build <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> an office tower in the district where people can enjoy working and socializing at the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> same time. This new office tower is mainly a twenty-eight floors building for offices. It <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> is divided into two types, the Strata office tower that will be sold and lease office tower <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> that is for leasing.
