Summary:The large size of Indonesian marine areas makes natural resource management, marine for this case, and disaster mitigation need well-integrated geospatial information systems. The recently released Geospatial Information of Indonesian Republic Act needs more solid review, especially the technical aspect, about the implementation of Primary Geospatial Information which match with prevailed regulation. The method of the technical review includes literatures research, the identification of primary geospatial information objects, especially on marine perspective, technical inventory of geospatial information implementation on Geospatial Information of Indonesian Republic Act, marine for this case, data review, analysis, along with the conclusion and suggestion Study of the literature of the various references to the literature that have been collected, such as books, papers, scientific journals, articles, as well as through the internet media. Whereas, at the stage of data assessment conducted in-depth study of the objects and technical implementation of geospatial basic information that has been collected. The role of Primary Geospatial Information is very important as a major Foundation in national development, however there are still many problems that arise as a result of its incomplete supporting to this Geospatial Information of Indonesian Republic Act. One of the most important case is the inexistence of supporting regulation which discusses duties, functions, composition, organization and administrative of Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) as providers of Geospatial information, as well as the needs of latest Primary Geospatial Information national standardization to be organized as soon as possible, especially in organizing the Primary Map (Marine).
