| Summary: | Because of more raising competitive in the field of health sevice, so it will need a management information system which is able to manage patients, finance, additonal instalation management, information and promotion and `sooner or later' all information will be needed by board of directors to make decision accurately. Avaibility of the network of hardware at Immanuel Hospital as well as to increase administration service for patients who had been cured and how to minimize the disadvantage of the hospital which was caused by some of the services that was not collected. So that Board of directors arranged the rule and management of a hospital information system which related to the financial adminitration and it can be implemented on online and realtime. In arranging this system and subsystem, having been used a BSP ( Business System Planning). It user the method of top down planning and Bottom up implementation. In arranging this method, it has created a context diagram, Data Flow Diagrams, specified process, entity relationship and Data base arrangement and Planning. The Implementation of this system has used the Immediate implementation approach on the registration section. For the other section, we used the parallel approach for some definite time, continued to the phased approach until all the system could be implemented. Valuability ( giving value ) for the result is defined by using some forms of working and the information system as seen at end. C. |
