Abstract : <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Cibanten irigation area to from technical irrigation system to position in Serang Regency Banten Province, for water supply system planning to water supply resources agricultural area, to flow from south to north with principal aquaduct and secondary. Agricultural Area of area supply 1.428,50 Ha and water of use to need from Cibanten River Dam to position in Gelam Village Cipocok Jaya District Serang Regency. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Together with growth of economy and increase of population, to year an 1980 settled to begin the change of land use agricultural area for block of Houses area, up to and including year 2004 agricultural area in to district change to 955,01 Ha and to moment rain season for to experience change often up flow water, it will be do to study of change land use Cibanten irrigation area in district to. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To study area in focus to Cibanten irrigation area for downstream to position in Unyur Special Village, Trondol, Penancangan and Cinanggung Serang district, to area via secundary aquaduct from BMR I for area 102 Ha and BMR II for area 75,5 Ha. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> To the area via waste aquaduct too by waste aquaduct for waste water flow from wet squares and function too for rain flow, type square and dimention : wide base flow 3,00 m and hight roof 1,00 m, aquaduct flow area 7,61 Km2 and length 6,68 Km. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> With to Change land use are, for aquaduct fungtion change to drainase, together with develloped Serang Cities for Province Head Cities to development for to north area and agricultural area to area changes exsperion 80,5 Ha, from 177,5 Ha to 97,00 Ha. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From study here, dampact for to changes land use can be impact change hidrologis and minimum production to rice, and to analisis hidrologis with periode year 25, capacity not enaought, and to up flow, and now its change type and dimention waste flow with condition area horizontal, and aquaduct make to economies with type trapezium and dimention : wide base flow 7,00 m and hight 1,94 m. Production rice for area agricultural minimum from 2.840,0 ton/year to 1.552,0 ton/year, and than exspetion minimum to 1.288,0 ton/year, <br />
