Summary: | There are many activities going on in a market, especially activities which are supposed to improve the economy of the community. With the condition of possibility of tourism object added as well, this would have a role in the improvement of society economy, in this case the chosen example is Banjarmasin floating market. But beside this economic action mentioned, there is a prominent matter which is the ownership problem of the land or water section of the floating market, that is still unclear. This unsolved ownership system also influence the effectiveness of the activities in the market.<p>Considering this obscurity of ownership system in the Banjarmasin floating market, there is a need of a study for identifying the characteristic of ownership of land or space at the Banjarmasin floating market. Identificated characteristic of ownership of land or space is expected to be formulated in the law of national cadastre which will be useful for the community prosperity.<p>This study was done by identifying the regulation of ownership of the water section in Banjarmasin floating market based on Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria 1960 and Ownership of Water Section Concept. Then a comparison of characteristic between the ownership system in Banjarmasin floating market and the land ownership system was done. |
