This research will focus on the determining the best course of action using the decision analysis and method for the problem in tactical level that arises in PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia which is a subsidiary of Manulife Financial which centre office is in Canada. This research will only focus on the issue of business development in employment benefit division gathered from its center branch in Jakarta. text |
