Among these countries have not all been agreed maritime boundary, one of them is of the Philippines, where both countries have yet resolve maritime EEZ boundary and Continental Shelf. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> this thesis, will be setting a maritime boundary with Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone with the Philippines in the Celebes Sea, which is based on the UNCLOS 1982, with equidistant and the principle of proportionality in accordance with the technical implementation is written in the 2006 edition of TALOS, for implementation being equidistant principle with the concept circle and bisection. Then, for the principle of proportionality in the Talos 2006 Chapter 6, Chapter gives guidance that the division of maritime zones is based on a comparison of the relative length of the coastline between the two countries. When applied to the case of Indonesia the Philippines the proportionality ratio of 70:30 is obtained.
