Summary:Properti is a very interesting business commodity. According to theories of microeconomy, it is a commodity with ever increasing value, practically unlimited increase due to the inbalance between supply and demand (otherwise known as imperfect market situation). In spite of high demand for properti, the utilization of web based GIS for properti marketing is still limited to a few users.Therefore, in this research a web based GIS for properti marketing will be built. The web based GIS development will be done using Google Fusion Tables as the DBMS and Google Mapsfor the map appearance. The research initialization will be identifying the users’ needs and literature study, and continued by data collection. Afterwards, database design and development will be done, followed by implementation of web interface. The system will then be analyzed and the conclusion will then finally be extracted.This research final result will be a web based GIS for properti marketing, and this system is expected to assist web users (agents and clients) especially in facilitating the properti marketing.
