Summary:Indonesia is an archipelago that counts with over 17.508 Islands and two-thirds of its surface like the ocean, 17.508 islands of the outer islands there is a direct limit of Indonesia and neighbouring countries. These outer islands are generally remote, poor and sparsely populated, even away from the attention of the Government. The existence of these islands are geographically very strategic, because based on this island of the borders of our country is determined. The Islands should receive serious attention and supervision in order to not cause problems that may affect the territorial integrity of Indonesia. Based on the problem, to build Indonesia's outer islands of spatial data and visualization of the web to provide information found in the outer islands including basic point (basepoint) as the basis for the withdrawal of the sea boundary of State of Indonesia. The methodology of this thesis is done through various stages starting from identifying the problem, the study of literature on this issue through books, internet, interviews, and surveys toponymy in 2010 until the formation of all spatial data base outer islands to serve as the basis for web visualization. The end result of visualization in the form of web visualization. Web visualization is expected to provide inputs to related parties, especially the government to determine policy regarding the management of Indonesia's outer islands, including the assertion of State maritime boundary.
