Therefore, a simulator should be needed to simulate the reservoir performance dynamically, with the lower cost, in optimizing oil recovery factor at Lower Sihapas Formation, X Field-AC Cluster. X Field is an oil marginal field with decreasing oil rate production. Therefore, it needs an improving oil recovery method with some scenarios, i.e. infill drilling, water injection, and polymer injection. From all these scenarios, it would be chosen the best scenario that could be applied at X Field-AC Cluster, Lower Sihapas Formation. |
