is in the confidence interval or still inside the control line that is called the Upper Control Limit (UCL) or the Lower Control Limit (LCL). Nonparametric Statistics provides a variety of methods to process data with a small sample size, one of which is the method of Squared Ranks Test is used as a basic theory to build nonparametric control charts for variability. In this case, there are 12 heads of C3H mice mammary cancer and tested with the anti-cancer Doxorubicin and Tiwai Onion Extracts. Changes in body weight each day is controlled by the nonparametric control chart based on the Squared Ranks Test to see the influence of anti-cancer. Outliers from the weight change is then reduced to rebuilt its control chart and see its effect. Nonparametric control chart has many advantages compared parametric control chart, one of which is the variability of the influence of anti-cancer drugs are not going trend. |
