The Tonalite intruded the wall rocks which made up of Crystal Tuff Unit and Quartz Diorite Unit. The active mine areas at the time when research been done located in bench -30 and bench -45 along with 9 drill holes in the west-east section became the site and object of research. There are 3 alteration zones in the research area, those are Biotite–Magnetite-Quartz Zone, Chlorite-Epidote-Actinolite Zone, and Quartz-Sericite-Chlorite-Calcite Zone. High degree of copper and gold associated with Biotite–Magnetite-Quartz Zone and mostly to the Old Tonalite intrusion side. The copper and gold mineralization brought by bornite and chalcopyrite associated with quartz vein. Polish section analysis shows ore paragenesis started with the formation of magnetite, followed by hematite and sulphides mineral, chalcopyrite and pyrite, which show intergrowth texture and inclusion texture with hematite. The formation continue with bornite, covellite, chalcocite, and digenite which had replacement texture. text
