a real contribution in the process of realizing "social justice for all Indonesian people" (as mandated in the fifth Pancasila in the preambule of 1945 Constitution) and create "the greatest prosperity of the people" (as mandated in Article 33, point 3 of the 1945 Constitution). These basic values requires the fulfillment of people's right to be able to access many sources of wealth, especially land. Land is something that is very vital for most people of Indonesia that the composition of society and economy base on agrarian. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This mandate requires that large parties that given authority make a policy in the area of land to provide appropriate policy mandate. To assist in this task required an application that provides full and easy access to Land Ownership, Land Tenure, Land Use and Utilization (P4T), Dispute, Conflict and Case (SKP), and Land Value Zone (ZNT) data. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In the process of making the application needs the data of land ownership, land use and utilization, the data value of land and land case data. The data is stored in a relational database using a database software. Once it's created a prototype application that describes 80% of the final product application based on design have been made after analyzing needs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In this study, making the land application of desktop GIS data (P4T, ZNT, and SKP) is accomplished using the MapInfo and Mapbasic programming language. Meanwhile, the implementation of relevant databases Database Management System (DBMS) software is built using Oracle as the database management software that allows to integrate spatial data and attribute data in a single device and supports costomizing GIS program.
