Coordinates not only give the description of position, but also the movement of the point. For assuring the consistency and standardization, the system that declares the coordinates is needed. This system called coordinates reference system, and realizationed by coordinates reference frame. International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF) is a global coordinates reference frame that measured the alteration of point’s position toward time (epoch reference) because its work in semi-dynamic datum. The National Coordinating Agency for Surveys and Mapping (Bakosurtanal) defined the national horizontal coordinates reference frame that called National Horizontal Frame Network (JKHN) which is referenced to ITRF. But, according from JKHN data of National Land Agency (BPN) in Majalengka Regency and Kuningan Regency, Jawa Barat, there are some things that not appropriate with JKHN standardization yet. Pre-hypothesis is the data have not the distinct coordinates reference system and frame. text
