Changes of land cover are detected according to manual interpretation of remote sensing imagery, comprises of IKONOS image from 2008 and aerial photo from 2004 which would then be modeled using linear regression with demographic data population. The result of this study are land cover map year 2004 and 2008 scale 1:3936 with planimetric accuracy 1.18 m and classification accuracy from ground truth validation 90,6%. text
