| Summary: | To perform the necessary waste management costs, one of which is sourced from levies paid by producers of solid waste that has got the service and use sanitary facilities provided by the Department of Sanitation. As a developing city, Tangerang need to finance an adequate waste management. In fulfillment of the financing sources of waste management, user charges must be paid by the waste producer. In reality, not all waste producers pay a levy according to existing regulations, resulting in gaps between existing revenues with a potential maximum in ideal conditions. Analysis of levy revenue required to determine how much inequality that occurred so that it can become the basis for determining the withdrawal method of retribution that could generate revenues approaching ideal conditions. |
