Human rights are right that are part of a human as a creature of God and is God's gift that we have an obligation to rever and protected by state, law, government, and all people for the respect and protection of humanity. The problem with human rights has been the focus and struggle of humanity with the development of civilization to reach height for human life. Up to now there are some states tat support the standing and protection of human rights.<p>The problem that is stated within the research is related with policies for human rights for TNI personnel within their task for military operation other than war by interventing the regulations that exist, and to understanding the conditions that influences to happened the human violations and the efforts done by TNI to protech human rights. In this thesis it will use normative approach and descriptive analysis using qualitative data without the use of numbers and equations, and data from secondary research.<p>The results show that the regulation for military operation other than war is sufficient for supporting human rights. But, the condition that pushes human right violations are there is a difference of social and culture within the society as their life within nation and state. The effort to minimize these difference as an effort to decrease the violations in doing the task and function within the life as a social group. As recommendation from this research it states that there is a need for social groups to understand human rights and the importance for socializing human righs to all social groups, because all groups have the right to human right especially the groups within the government. With understanding of the respect and protection of human rights by all social groups it is hoed that there will be a harmonious relationship between them and there will be decrease of problems faced in doing its role.
