Summary:For the taking over of Sipadan – Ligitan and the freedom of Timor Leste, Indonesian Government need to rewatch the country territorial boundaries in that areas. The new placement territorial sea in those areas is causing many terms, such as increasing one segment in shore line that 100 miles long and maximum 125 miles sea in the area of Karang Unarang – Maratua Island. The goal of this research is to find the implications for the changes on PP No. 38 Tahun 2002 and the effect on changes in Indonesia territorial seas.
