<p align="justify">The current activities of plantation sector Land and Building Tax (LBT) administration at Small Tax Office (STO) is not efficient yet. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that is arranged by STO is too bureaucratic, means the processes still arranged based on hierarchy structure and level of position so the completion of the task become too long and time consuming. Besides, all of the task related to plantation sector LBT administration have to done manually (not computerized yet), except the letter typing/making.<p><p align="justify">Business Process Reengineering (BPR) on plantation sector LBT administration is carried out to enhace the task, time, cost, and labor efficiency at STO. The BPR result implemented as a web base information system called e-administration PBB sektor perkebunan. The tax payer can report all of their tax object data using the system (called self assessment) and in the same time calculate and gain the information of the LBT they must pay.<p><p align="justify">The conclusion of this research is that BPR result that was implemented on the plantation sector of LBT can enhance the task, time, cost, and labor efficiency in the plantation sector LBT administration. <br />
