Summary:Land value is a judgment upon land based on the ability of land economically in conjunction with productivity and strategy. In the event the assessment conducted by Badan Pertanahan Nasional inordinate real problem faced so required anautomatic valuation method that can estimated the value of land which credible and could predict the value of land at given time. Land Valuation Modelthat used are multiple regression and artificial neural network. Multiple regression is a method by using principle of statistics while artificialneural networkis one method modeling much used for solve the problems not linear. Both this method afterwards applied to make a ZNT Map of each model and then compared to know which method is more accurate in forecasting land value. Based on the comparison obtained conclusion that the land valuemodel by using artificial neural network is more accurate in forecasting land value in Kecamatan Regol, Kota Bandung.
