Technically, Marine Cadastre can be described as an infrastructure of marine rights and properties. Within the comprehensive study of Marine Cadastre, there are two aspects that effecting the implementation of this term – as well as planning process, execution, and evaluation – indeed, technical framework aspect and legal aspect. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> There are some facts tells us that the oceans are instrumental in determining climate that beneficially affects all life on Earth (Payoyo, 1994). Hence, there is a need to implying an effective and comprehensive policy to support this activity. Therefore, the generation of technical system in this research being constrained within the technical system of surveying and mapping the marine space objects. Research-based technical framework is the main aspect of this final project. Spesific constrains being described here are the measuring of horizontal basic framework and vertical datum definition process that distinguish this term from Land Cadastre, and visualizing the data through hybrid visualization form – the combination of 3D visualization as the position information giver about depths and heights, and 2D visualization as the information giver to object's details. Indeed, because of the scientific and technical principle (through the combination of surveying and hydgrographic engineering) within the georeferenced hybrid visualization, we can expecting there will be a fundamental rule system contained by the policy in the use and management of this marine space (Miles, 1998). <br /> text
