connecting pipe; and condenser (food container). Water used as the working fluid that flowed inside the heat pipe to take the heat from the exhaust gas and release it inside the food container. <br />

There are several problems on the system on the previous work. The appearance and reliability of the evaporator is not really good, especially when it used at unclear weather. The complication in refuelling the motorcycle is also unrevealed. The overall performance of the system is good. The rate of temperature rise of condenser is 5.3 oC per minute. <br />

The present work try to solve those problems by designing, making and testing of a new evaporator with better appearance and reliability but in the same time, this evaporator also can maintain the performance at least proportional to the previous system. Evaporator with the coil located inside the front muffler pipe could fix the problem. This evaporator able to raise the temperature of condenser as the rate up to 6.8 oC per minute. The size of this evaporator is smaller and looks better and compact. <br />

To solve the problem in refilling the fuel, the saddle of the motorcycle is been cut to 2 parts, front and rear, so the fuel tank can be opened easily without removing the Hot Box system |
