The objectives of this experiment are investigating several aspects on mechanical behavior of high strength concrete due to the axial and multiaxsial compression load. Due to the axial and multiaxial compression load. The aspects included about stress-strain relations, modulus of elasticity, Poisson;s ratio, volumetric bulking, and confinement value. A code on behavior of high strength concrete due to the loading conditions are really required. Al the certain complex load Ievel, each grade of concrete strength giving its characteristic response. For example, in case of the applications of triaxial on beam-columnjoint element, it is very interesting phenomenon to studied. A presents high strength concrete development has been contributing on the field of axial and multiaxial compression load applied researches. Advanced study has been done on the mechanical behavior of the high strength concrete and its failure mode. The studied has been done on more then 100 sample of concrete cylinder specimens of 60 up to 90 MPa which contain fly ash or silica fume for substituting cement. Significantly, the result shows several differences behavior and responsibility between the normal and high strength concrete. Base on this study, the Ottosen yield criterion is feasible to the high strength one and the Ottosen constant shows could be generalize. The result also shows that the constant of Hsieh-Ting-Chen yield criterion more sensitive to the type of materials. sensitively on text |
