For clarify that’s the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> geologic model from interpretation is similar with the true geologic model, so needed a method which use for validation of geologic model from interpretation. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> For this Final Project, seismic modeling is used for reconstruction seismic wave propagation through geologic model from seismic refraction data interpretation. The result from this modeling is response from model which will compared with real data. If deviation is small, so the truth of model can be belived. Seismic modelling will do this research is find solving elastodynamic equation for elasticisotropic medium and solution of eikonal equation in acoustic medium. Both of solution this equations is using Finite Difference methods. Elastodynamic solution will be illustration propagation of seismic wave for each time in the model and eikonal solution will be illustration the fastest wavefront position in the model each time. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Result from modelling, shape of first arrival travel time at seismogram field data and seismogram from result full wave modelling have a similar and very clear. And also, if we compare first arrival travel time from modelling and field data, that is show of both a similar and very clear, so geologic model result from seismic refraction data interpretation is true because it has be done validation of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> model with both seismic wave modelling. text |
