For real, the existance of issue was very robust in impact to the global economic. The trigger was the scarecity and crisis on fossil fuel availability, such as coal and oil. The world looks very depended on the necessity for fossil fuel. Indonesia was one of the most consumptive nation in the world. The reason of course because its total citizen factor that reaching more than 250 million peoples. This high consumption level of course allign with the level of energy necessity, in particular electricity. For example, consumption in lamp using, cooking, study, working and workplace, entertainment, etc. It's pity because this high level of consumption or demand wasn't allign with the level of supply. Let's take further steps, by using this huge potency of electricity necessity market in Indonesia, a KSO (agreement) between PT. X and PT. Y agree to doing optimization activity on Cikotok's ex-mining location in a project called The Minihydro Power Plant Using and Development in Cikotok. This project and its location in general were very rich for the development on electricity and other business potency. So, further in the project, it is needed a collaboration between technical approach and business approach. Technical approach will be talking about the operation detail, meanwhile, business develop and evaluate it as an optimal whole system. This collaboration between the two approaches is expected can answer the challenge that exist in the project. By focusing on its key objectives, that is economic and environment based, then it is needed to do a reasonable optimization for decision making. This optimization activity will be focusing on the selection of the right technical scenario (machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment), and also developing it as an integrated system with business key development factors. In measuring optimization, will <br /> <br /> <br /> be used some business feasibility study tools i.e. Benefit-Cost Analysis, Capacity Scheme, NPV, VaR, and AHP. The expected output is a business decision that is optimum, reasonable, and comprehensive (whole), so can be used as guideline for the next projects. text |
