Today, information system application has become important needs for many organizations especially for companies. Vendor company was presents to serve other company to develop information system application software in the outsourcing relationship. Project failed is a case that certainly should be avoided, where any vendor company certainly make effort to deliver good project performance especially in process performance and product performance. Sometimes any vendor companies brave to took a risk that actually this risk can be present since the beginning of the project where it brought by characteristic of the surrounding project. Therefore, vendor companies required to wary or control of the factor which can be present during development process activities. By this research from vendor perspective in Indonesia, found that one of the risk <br /> <br /> <br /> factor which can be arise while information system application development process gave negative effect to process performance, whereas management practice factor would be gave positive effect to product and process <br /> <br /> <br /> performance, but not all of them gave effect directly. This case should become important issue for vendor companies in Indonesia, then in information application development project they will be aware this issue to avoid or minimize it, and implement appropriate management practice during development process.
