Summary:Employee performance is a very crucial factor in the life of an organization. There are a lot of things that could support the organization to perform employee performance. The purpose of this thesis is to do an in-depth study about employee performance through some variables, among those are leader behavior and organization culture. Leader behavior is chosen to be one of the variables in this research to see its effect to employee performance in an organization. Besides that, organizational culture is used as a moderating variable in this research. <br /> <br /> <br /> The research was conducted in STV Bandung because this company is one of the local companies that have just joined PT. Kompas Gramedia to perform managerial collaboration, in which they have the same actual background with the topic that will be discussed in this thesis, which are leader behavior and organizational culture. To find the effect of those variables to employee performance, this research uses the multiple regression analysis. <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of this research shows that the leader behavior variable has its effect to employee performance if moderated by organizational culture. Based on this research, it turns out that the organizational culture can strengthen the effect between certain leader behavior and the improvement of employee performance.
