Description
Summary:Overall supply chain performance measurement in a company is very important because the measurement result will affect decision making in the supply chain that related to the past supply chain behaviour and bechmarking. A good supply chain performance measurement system will affect supply chain success. SCOR Model is a performance measurement approach which is suitable for most of common industries and bussiness sector. In the beginning of its development, SCOR model was developed for manufacturing industries which has different characteristics from subsidized product with closed distribution system. Characteristics of subsidized products are different from other common products so those supply chain characteristics are different from the common supply chain characteristics. Different supply chain system needs different performance measurement system, therefore SCOR model needs some improvement so that it is suitable to measure supply chain performance of subsidized product with closed distribution system. This study is based from case study of LPG 3 kg distribution system in Bantul, Yogyakarta.
