Summary:Increasing of industries make growing on appliance demand. In order to reach market need and efficiency of production, conventional maintenance method can’t be applied anymore. Several conventional maintenance methods have many <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> disadvantages for instance production process stopped suddenly or limits of spare part. In this case predictive maintenance methods give solution for that conventional method problem. Information technology developments also provide the impetus of predictive maintenance method. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In this final project software build as method to improve predictive maintenance efficiency. This predictive maintenance software was designed by using programming tools in program. This software work by counting several important values from vibration data. Result values of calculation by the software are used for vibration data analysis to find out machine condition. From many simulations concluding this software had worked properly, and then hopefully this software will increase speed and efficiency of gearbox maintenance procedure. Applied the software will reduce many disadvantages of conventional <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> maintenance method like production process that stopped suddenly, production process postponed because reparation take long lasting time, and expensive spare part to be in stock. Developing simplicity of the layout software will make operator easier to analyze machine condition.
