competition PT Castrol Indonesia has formulate strategic plan which are distribution excellence, retail penetration and activation, also MCO 4T and PCO power brand. Bike Point concept is one of way in achieving retail penetration. <br />
<br />
<br />
Bike Point has three principles that become basic which are partnership, proffesionallity and quality. These principles communicated to the workshop through <br />
<br />
<br />
programs. This programs will support Bike Point to convince bike owner to use Bike Point services and purchase Castraol product. <br />
<br />
<br />
This research using SWOT analysis to observe which factor become threat and weakness of Bike Point and need more attention. <br />
<br />
<br />
Qualitative method used in this research in analizing the result of Bike Point audit held in quarter 1 2009 and interview to the Bike Point owner. Respond from Bike <br />
<br />
<br />
Point owner to the former program will become feedback to design new program. This research will provide recommendation on Bike Point program for the next <br />
<br />
<br />
five years that could be implemented by PT. Castrol Indonesia in order to increase partnership and commitment from Bike Pont owner and mechanic. This recommendation hopefully will increase Bike Point owner commitment in servicing the consumers. |
