Summary:Suction-dredger ship is the ship for production of tin mining in sea-shallow, because the ship is considered to be more efficient in sand mining for tin in shallow water, hence the tin mining company trying to build this ship. <br /> <br /> <br /> Assessments are conducted in the form of static load analysis with the involvement of dynamic factors on the frame structure of the suction-dredger ship-production, <br /> <br /> <br /> by doing the modeling of engineering drawings that have been there, and done so finite element analysis with pro-engineer software. <br /> <br /> <br /> From the analysis, it was found that there are parts that have failed to frame-8 and frame-18, and performed in the both frame to strengthen it by using the profile of <br /> <br /> <br /> stem I (200x100x5, 5x8 mm), so expect this strengthening process will make it feasible to operate the ship. <br /> <br /> <br /> Frame analysis of the results that have been reinforced, able to withstand the weight of the equipment that become concentrated in the frame, with the smallest safety factor of 1.35 x with a maximum stress of 150 Mpa and a maximum deflection of 3.04 mm.
