This cooling box was designed to be able to maintain temperatures within the range. The cooling box was then made and tested as a step to realize the design. In the manufacturing process, there are some modifications made because of problems encountered during the manufacturing process as well as the availability of goods on the market. Tests were conducted on the cooling box to find out wether the temperature <br /> <br /> <br /> can be achieved. There are four types of loading given at the time of testing, ie, loading with water alone; water and shells; water, shells, and empty vial; water, sleeves, and vials containing water. Temperatures measured in the water and at the shell. The lowest temperature that can be achieved at the shell with a full load is 13 oC within 190 minutes. The results of this final project are expected to provide an overview of the process of making and testing of thermoelectric cooling box used to store insulin. text
