The implementation of Business Intelligence has a common matter that is related to business culture of user such as data transitions that support user’s decision and company’s management. <br /> <br /> <br /> The research is done to understand the supply chain performance of XYZ company with Business Intelligence Maturity Level and Dynamic Capabilities including Information System Resource that support the development of dynamic Capabilities and process group that shows the development of Dynamic Capabilities. <br /> <br /> <br /> The process of Dynamic Capabilities to this research includes the ability to think ahead, think again, and think across. Variables that are the information system <br /> <br /> <br /> resource have 3 groups includding Inside-out, Outside-In, and Spanning resource. <br /> <br /> <br /> In XYZ company, only some subjects that are influenced by Business Intelligence system, especially the subject that has strong influence of external system. The higher the dynamic capabilities in making decision, the easier it influences enhancement Business Intelligence Maturity Level. Generally, the dynamic capabilities are also have an influence to the development of information system <br /> <br /> <br /> resource.
