Internet plays important role on people’s life. So many application can run on Internet, such as e-mail, chatting, social networking, news service, telemedicine, teleeducation and e-commerce. Internet news service report news in minutes. Telemedicine use Internet as a facility to reach people who is not supported by some proper health facility Altough Internet has so many benefit, there still exist many places where Internet can’t be accessed like on rural villages. This lack of Internet access caused by the lack of Information Technology (IT) support. Using DTN an public transportation can give solution on this problem. <br /> <br /> <br /> This thesis‘ goals are designing, making and performance testing of telemedicine and news service system for people who don’t have any Internet access. The test result shows the telemedicine and news service system is implemented succesfully. The system were implemented using DTN and based on PHP application.
