Summary: | Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one type of fungus that is safe for consumption, have a good nutritional content and health benefits. Business opportunities tend oyster mushroom cultivation with traditional systems, so that the supply of the commodity in the market is not stable and not growing businesses. This study models the growth of oyster mushrooms from spores to become adults who accompanied the oyster mushroom harvesting, in order to track the patterns of oyster mushroom's life and make the exact scenario in order to maximize production. The data used is the data obtained from the oyster mushroom growers in the area Cisarua, West Bandung. The data is used to determine the parameters which are then substituted into the logistic equation which has been modified to create a simulation. Model is divided into 3 parts: the growth of spores into mycelium, a fungal mycelium growth and the growth of oyster mushroom spores up with harvesting. Of the third simulation, the average farmer could harvest only 6 times each planting. By setting the number of harvest scenarios, allowing to be done up to 10 times with the harvest and planting timing scenarios can keep the number of oyster mushroom harvest remained stable. |
