One of them with Rencana Pemenuhan Tenaga Kerja (RPTK) Service in following up the RPTK process, making the requested Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and drafting programs needed. The conceptual framework began with the identification of problem symptoms that emerged in MCB Services in undertaking its function especially the one that connected with RPTK Service by doing desk research, interview and group discussion. The identified problems are prioritized by using important/urgent matrix, causal analysis using fishbone diagram as well as formulating solution to the problem. From those methods, a main problem was identified, which was there were no program that manage the trasfer of knowledge from expatriates to <br /> <br /> <br /> Inodonesian Partner Employee on the company. <br /> <br /> <br /> The solution took the form of mentoring program to arrange the transfer of knowledge from the expatriate to the Indonesian partner employee was compiled by using the ADDIE intervention model with stages: Analysis; analysed the mentoring requirement, the potential involved parties as well as the overview of the mentoring program, Design; method planning, duration of the program, monitoring plan, evaluation plan, and evaluation forms, Development; mentoring material and the mentor and mentee workshop, Implementation; the <br /> <br /> <br /> implementation plan, the resource requirement, documentation and the problems that possibly emerged, Evaluation; respectively and the whole program. It is expected that this mentoring program can increase the competence of Indonesian partner employee and may eventually support the nationalization program. text
