Its effort must be supported by skilled workers with good responsibilities. Every job must be well-designed so that the company activities can work well. Though productivity may be enhanced by technology, workers\' job motivation and satisfaction stimulate the productivity. A research was done in order to know the influence levels of job characteristic and motive of needs to job satisfaction. and internal motivation of Perumka\'s Head of Departments. They were chosen as this research\'s object because they acts as middle managers who will become top manager who determine the Perumka\'s policy. Based on the observation that has been conducted the Perumka\'s Head of Departments: <br /> • have moderate level of job satisfacton <br /> • have high affilation motive, followed with achievement native and power motive <br /> • feel of having internal,, and general satisfactions which tend to feel satisfied with the company\'s current condition. <br /> Its also concluded that : <br /> • every Head of Department has a dear job identity good job significance, easily-gained feed-back and les job characteristic feed-back, can influence both of intemat job satisfaction and motivation <br /> • Head of Departments\' internal job satisfaction is influenced by job significance, interaction between job significance and achievement; motive, interaction between autonomy and achievement motive, interaction between job identity and affiliation motive, and interaction between autonomy and affiliation motive <br /> • Head of Departments\' internal job motivation is influenced by, interaction between job significance and achievement motive, between job identity and affiliation motive, between job significance and affiliation Motive, and between autonomy interaction and power motive <br /> • the interaction between job characteristic and people who perform works can influence the internal job satisfaction and motivation. text |
