However the environment and condition these days much more very different from the ten years ago, as the <br /> <br /> <br /> competitors in the market, technology development and knowledge improvement, up and down of macro condition and micro condition. To face all kind of these changes, <br /> <br /> <br /> PT SNS should make changes, innovation and transformation for the future of the corporation that reflects Corporate Entrepreneurship. Being aware that innovation and knowledge are very important to achieve corporate competitiveness, PT SNS adopts the Department Management Improvement of Garuda Food's to bring out the <br /> <br /> <br /> innovative action in its organization. This innovative action will be effective when the corporation support and the entrepreneur characteristic are going on in synergy. If PT SNS has not yet place in entrepreneurship culture inside, the movement of the corporation in facing of the challenge won’t be maximal. The objectives of this observation are to know about the entrepreneurship orientation and behaviors exist inside the corporation; also to know about the direction of <br /> <br /> <br /> entrepreneurial leadership belongs to the corporation. Survey approaches using EOS (Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey) Questionnaire and ELQ (Entrepreneurial Leadership Survey) Questionnaire had applied as the method of the observation. Results of EOS questionnaire showed that PT SNS hadn't yet possess Entrepreneur <br /> <br /> <br /> Culture entirely, indicated by the tendency of the employees do not have the spirit of entrepreneurship and the low risk control. The survey give average value from 2,57 to 3,72 (scale 1-5). Result of ELQ questionnaire showed that the behaviors of the leaders were not yet in conformity with the entrepreneur interest and action. ELQ also showed that integrator and miner leadership type were the most found in the corporation each scores are 79,54% and 75,10%. In the other hand, the corporation should increasing explorers and accelerators which the scores still 70,27% and 72,40% Recently PT SNS need to apply Corporate Entrepreneurship by buildup individual who has entrepreneur spirit. The leaders have important role to act as a model to be followed. Implementation of Corporate Entrepreneurship at PT SNS hopefully would be the answer for the corporation to stand against their problems in these days and the <br /> <br /> <br /> challenges in the future. text
