However, along with finding of field constraint, the program is lengthened until September 2010. The Program progress needs correct strategy formulation to fulfill satisfaction of every <br />
<br />
<br />
public element concerned. In order to do that, it needs support from management tools that can be used to measure performance of program execution. Performance Prism can be described as an integrated and comprehensive management tool which able to fulfill requirement of performance measurement system. Performance Prism will be combined with AHP (Analytical <br />
<br />
<br />
Hierarchy Program) to see chosen performance parameter wight and validation; and calculation of each parameter performance result will be presented with graph display using spider web diagram. The research results come out with 59 parameters that divided into five stakeholder <br />
<br />
<br />
clusters. Those stakeholder clusters are donor, beneficiaries (society receiver of aid), volunteer, <br />
<br />
<br />
local government and supplier. Each cluster has been classified into 5-performance focus as according to Performance Prism approach that is stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, strategies, process and capabilities. Wight result got parameter with the highest wight reside in volunteer stakeholder cluster that is Speed Level of Service for Aid Procedure <br />

Acceptance equal to 8.6% and lowest wight equal to 0.2% which consist of 4 indicators that reside in volunteer and supplier stakeholders cluster. Calculation result of each parameter performance is presented at display and show the importance to upgrade performance of several <br />
<br />
<br />
parameter in beneficiaries, volunteer and local government stakeholder clusters. Compilation and enumeration process of Performance Measurement System pursuant to Performance Prism approach in Rumah Bamboo Program is conducted by see the condition in the field, started from PMI management responsibility and role, socialization effort and participation of volunteer and community. Basically, the main core of this system is not the score but early action that taken by organization pursuant to result of yielded portrait of Performance Measurement System. |
