Previous research stated that the information systems use and individual impact is influenced by factors of knowledge management enablers. This research develops a model of information systems use and individual impact by considering factors of organizations environmental conditions and individual characteristics. <br />

Factors obtained from the synthesis of knowledge enabler factors and CSF knowledge management factors. Factors suspected to affect are trust, collaboration, top management support, training and education, motivation support, expertise, experience, empowerment. <br />

The conceptual model in this study empirically tested using structural equation modeling based on 254 samples taken from five companies, four in Bandung and one in Jakarta. Based on the test results it can be concluded that factors affecting the use of information systems and benefits for individual users is trust, motivation support and expertise. |
