Due to increasing growth of palm-oil-based industry, many people tend to be interested in investing palm oil agrobusiness sector. PT Incasi Raya, one of the player in palm oil holticulture and processing industry, has a good prospect in the future. It makes many investors eager to acquire PT Incasi Raya. Based on this fact the owner of PT Incasi Raya is going to predict the real appropriate selling value of PT Incasi Raya to be offered to investor. In point of view of the reason above. The author tries to calculate the acquisition value of PT Incasi Raya in order to help the owner to do this job. In calculating acquisition value of PT Incasi Raya, the author use Discounted Cash Flow approach. It begin to predict Income statement for five years, continued by calculate Free cash Flow every year. Based on the fifth year Free Cash Flow, then be calculate Terminal Value company\'s. After that calculate Present value of FCF and TV. In Estimating cash flow, author use several scenarios and probabilities, that give a range of value of the outcome. The outcome of Discounted Cash Flow method, applying the scenario analysis : Pessimistic, Most Likely and Optimistic get a values between Rp 51.150.000.000, to Rp 82.265.000.000,-. With calculate probabilities, the final price is Rp 68.265.000.000,-.
