Summary:Multimedia streaming service is currently experiencing rapid progress. One of them is in education. This is because in developing areas where scarce education, digital learning services which have advantages in terms of cost, connectivity, and functionality are needed. However, there are still many challenges facing this digital learning services. One is Quality of Service (QoS). Many ways to measure QoS, but certainly through the stages that is not small. In addition to these stages, ease of use of this technology should also be considered. Utilization of Web technologies need to be considered because it provides high flexibility in creating user interfaces. In addition, web technology does not depend on the operating system used, which can be accessed on any operating system that is owned by the user. This final project contains about the design of an integrated system to evaluate the quality of Internet multimedia services by measuring the quality of sound and images which are passed on the network. The system is designed to reduce the stages that must be passed on the measurement of QoS users with earlier stages combine into one in terms of the user so the user can be used both by beginners and advanced levels.
