Pipeline system which is located in Porong was facing with subsidence and uplift phenomenon. This caused existing geohazard loads on the pipeline system so that stress integrity analysis is in great demand to investigate the pipeline system security level. <br />

In this final project, stress integrity analysis of pipeline has been done with the help of Bentley AutoPIPE 2004 piping software based on ASME B31.8 Code for Gas Transmission and Distribution Pipeline. <br />

Case study was done to gas pipeline owned by PT Pertamina Gas which is located in Porong through Sidoarjo, East Java. The stress analysis result shows that current pipeline system fails in the 20-years of operation with stress ratio at 1.03 with allowable stress in KP 11+000 (Beligo village) and 66886 psi for the value of stress. Actions to prevent the failures in pipeline system are needed to achieve 20-years operation target. This modifications is taken in order to increase the flexibility for the pipeline. The value of stress pipeline in the 20-years operation the modification is about 52394 psi with stress ratio 0.81 in KP 11+000. <br />
