Summary: | Land Value Creation Zona Map (ZNT) requires a base map to provide spatial approach to appraisal (appraisal valuer) in analyzing the valuation of land and buildings effectively and efficiently. In goal for the assessment of urban land and building mass with wide area coverage, the use of satellite imagery to provide visualization of object property tax for real, is expected to contribute specifically in mapping ZNT. To that end, the study will discuss the making of the map with the help ZNT Quickbird satellite image interpretation. The method used in this study is the processing of satellite images so that the image is ready to use for the application of valuation of land and buildings. As for the method of valuation of land and buildings used are market data comparison approach, and cost. Imaginary boundary line dividing the region with different ZNT, previously determined appraiser directly in the field, is determined by image interpretation of land and buildings that have similar values indicated by 7 (seven) lock satellite image interpretation. With some adjustments, the data - data the value of land and buildings then processed into ground NIR as an indication of the value of land in a ZNT. The results of the study, interpretation of satellite imagery can help analyze <br />

factors - land value determinants such as accessibility, facilities, physical, environmental, and location of the assessment. But the contribution of satellite imagery can not be included in the determination of NIR ZNT, because not all of the assessment data can be retrieved through the interpretation of satellite imagery. The products resulting from research in the form of maps ZNT the imaginary boundary was determined by interpretation of satellite images, and ZNT catalog that provides detailed information about ZNT.
