This matter really triggered in the competition for the <br /> <br /> <br /> increasingly competitive business so as the perpetrators of efforts in this industry must carry out various strategy breakthroughs to scrutinize the market. <br /> <br /> <br /> To respond to the situation and condition, In Her Shoes as one of the shops that not only sold but also designed and produced shoe for woman, it is needed strategy planning to increase competitiveness. So as to have to be carried out by the process of the identification <br /> <br /> <br /> towards external and internal factors that influenced the competitive capacity. Internal factors it was identified through observation and the interview with the owner and the environment around In Her Shoes. Whereas external factors it was identified through the <br /> <br /> <br /> PEST analysis (Politics, Economic, Social, Technology), the SWOT analysis and the Porter’s Five Forces analysis. <br /> <br /> <br /> Through these analyses, was formulated by the business strategy by combining competitive strategy with give priority to low production cost and strategy cooperative by increasing the number of cooperation with several boutiques. As well as was formulated by the functional strategy in order to maximizes resources that was owned by In Her Shoes at this time by dividing functions of the task so as the optimal organization will be formed. <br /> <br /> <br /> Afterwards was recommended by the step in early that better be carried out in applying the development of efforts, including being to open the branch or to increase the cooperation with several boutiques, maximized the cooperation with the craftsman (the supplier) to produce the product that was more quality with the price that was covered, compiled formal and periodic production planning, formed the team of the designer, registered the name of shoes and the shop In Her Shoes and used the expert in the accountancy field in compiled finance report.
