Its also create market demand for transportation moda to accomodate people need. This opportunity also create market public transportation competition. <br /> <br /> <br /> Good services and fares are two cruitial points which transportation operators mostly use to compete. As fares are easily to modify so standard fare need to be set to overcome descent fares for both passenggers and operators. <br /> <br /> <br /> Operator Operation cost need to be determined to produce service cost, passengger Ability and Willingness to Pay is also needed to be considered to know passengger ability level to pay the service and quality level provided by operator. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this essay three different fares are used to overview from both operators and passenggers based on Operator Vehicle Operation Cost, Pasengger Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay to result descent fares for passengger. <br />
