Summary:Digital learning network in Keerom, Papua has many challenges in its operation. Digital learning network is used to connect to the Internet, virtual class service (similar to a teleconference), and Internet phone. In order for a digital learning network to running well, a system that can diagnose devices and network conditions is needed. Given this diagnosis, when the device or network is encountering some problems it can be quickly detected. The diagnosis is also showing what and where the problem is, so repairs can be planned properly. An important component of this diagnosis is the monitoring system. This monitoring system is used to provide information about device and network conditions periodically, which can be used to detect and predict disturbances. This final project design and implement a monitoring system. Monitoring system having a web-based interface and is designed to provide convenience for those who use it. This monitoring system is built by integrating some software to get the necessary functions in monitoring devices and networks. The results of this research is a web-based monitoring system that can monitor the CPU, memory and hard disk usage of a computer and monitor the time delay, packet loss and jitter in the network. When the parameter being monitored reaches a certain condition, this monitoring system will send an email or SMS notifications.
