Summary: | Camar is an unmanned aerial vehicle system (UAVs) prepared by Camar UAV Team from Aeronautics and Astronautics ITB in order to participate in 2010 Taiwan Flying Robot Competition (TFRC 2010) for navigated flight category (autonomous flight). The primary mission of TFRC2010 is waypoint following and object identification. To fulfill the specified mission, a control station system that has the ability to interface the user to the UAVs is needed. <br />

This final project discusses the desain process and implementation of Camar UAVs control station user interface (UI). The design process includes defining the design process procedure by using human factors engineering approach, identifying the functions that needed in the UAVs control station UI in general, the evaluation of function from the existing UI, define the design requirements and objective for the Camar UAVs control station UI, and Camar UAVs control station design. This final project is expected to be a step to learn and understand the concept of user interface design for control stations in unmanned aerial vehicle system (UAVs). |
